The balcony at this apartment was simply breathtaking. I felt like I was living in a postcard with the stunning mountain views that greeted me every morning. It was the perfect spot to sit with a morning coffee and soak in the beauty of nature, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Miscommunication with the host.

The bathroom was large, separate bedroom. Every staff member was nice and provided a high quality service. The bed was good, climate control and mosquito nets were useful. Magnificent town views from the balcony. One of the dining options, Astoria Restaurant that was placed close to the apartment was worth exploring.

Quiet atmosphere, magnificent location so close to a supermarket, Kotor and the Old City of Kotor...

Great location, just a short walk from the charming old town. the apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for our Easter getaway. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket nearby, making it easy to stock up on essentials.

The apartment lacked a few amenities that would have made our stay more comfortable, such as a coffee machine. we noticed a few flies inside the property which was a bit annoying.

Convenient location for walking or driving, with nearby parking. High standard of accommodation with friendly and helpful host. Air conditioning throughout and well-equipped for cooking. Close to supermarket.

The stay was perfect! The host was always there for us when we needed them, and the apartment was so clean and comfortable. The location was key - it was so easy to get to other places and the apartment was only a 10-minute walk away from the Old Town. Can't wait to come back and stay here again!

While everywhere else was clean, we did notice some dust in unexpected places like inside the wardrobe, on top of doors, and under armchairs. Just a minor issue, but worth mentioning.

I recently stayed at Apartmani Matej for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The host was incredibly attentive, the apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was easy to explore other areas from the apartment and Kotor Old Town was just a 10-minute walk away. I can't wait to stay at this apartment again in the future. Highly recommended!

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, with a modern and comfortable room that had excellent facilities. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the beautiful Old Town and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast menu could benefit from the addition of a coffee machine.

The apartment had a lovely view and the free WiFi was a lifesaver. It was close to attractions, even though I barely left the apartment because it was so cozy.

I just loved finding signs in the bathroom reminding me how to use the toilet. Really enhanced my stay!

The apartment had a cozy seating area where we could relax after a long day of exploring. It was great to have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare our own meals. The private balcony offered stunning mountain views that made our mornings even more special. The flat-screen TVs with cable channels provided entertainment during our downtime. The spacious and well-maintained bathroom with free toiletries was a nice touch. The air conditioning in the 68 square meter apartment kept us cool and comfortable.

Personally, I found the hairdryer in the bathroom a bit weak, but others may not mind.

Great location with easy parking, close to the old town and other points of interest. Fantastic hosts who were helpful and quick to fix any issues. Helpful local information provided. Convenient market nearby. Washer in the flat for clean clothes.

I loved the convenient location, being just a short 10-15 minute walk from the beautiful Kotor town. The private parking at the front of the property was a great advantage as well. The host was extremely responsive and provided a local contact who was very helpful. I also appreciated the air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows, which kept the inside comfortable and bug-free. I highly recommend Apartmani Matej for a wonderful stay in Kotor.

While the apartment had everything I needed, there were a few minor drawbacks. being on the second floor without an elevator made it difficult to carry heavy luggage.
